If you are unable to visit us due to being asked to self-isolate, or because you or a family member in your household has tested positive for coronavirus you will not be entitled to a refund. We may, (at the discretion of the Site Manager), allow you to rearrange your dates within the same season but ONLY if we have been able to re-let your pitch/unit first. If you are not able to visit us before the end of the season (31st October 2021), or if your pitch/unit has not been re-let you will forfeit any monies paid and will not be entitled to a refund or credit with us. Cancellations for any other reason will be subject to our usual terms and conditions.

As advised on our website; please make sure you have adequate travel insurance in place before booking, we cannot stress this strongly enough.

To protect fellow campers; please do not invite visitors to Baxby Manor. We have to Track and Trace ALL guests and only people on your booking confirmation must visit Baxby manor.
