Booking

To make a reservation at Baxby Manor,  please:

  • Telephone or e-mail to confirm the cottage and period you require are available. We will hold a provisional reservation for 7 days from your telephone/e-mail booking pending the arrival of your completed reservation form plus the deposit payment.

 

  • Complete and submit the Booking Form (below) and return it to us with payment for 30% of the total rental due, payable to E.K. Smith. We will send confirmation by return (if you are booking within 6 weeks of your start date please send the full amount due).

 

  • Send the balance of the rental due to arrive at least 6 weeks before your holiday is due to start. Please also let us know what time you hope to arrive (after 3.00 p.m.).

CANCELLATION. If unforeseen circumstances cause you to cancel your holiday at Baxby Manor, we will do all we can to re-let the accommodation and waive the outstanding balance.
Unfortunately, if we are unable to do so, you will be liable for the full charge and we strongly suggest that you take out a Holiday Cancellation Policy to cover this eventuality.
